Show THE FIFTH DAY And God said: Let the waters Bring forth abundantly the moving creature That hath life, and the fowl that may move Above the earth. And the sea, obedient to his bidding, Shook the depths of her toughs and trenches, Reminded the reefs and the rivers of the deep, The sands and the shoals of her shallows, The tongues and shelves of the oceans, Spoke to her moss-covered ledges, The seaweed green of her caverns. Fountains of birds sprang into the heavens, The gulls and the geese, the ducks and the cranes, Singers and quackers, swimmers and flyers, Divers and dippers, waders and f i s h e r s - After the day of the clumsy pterodactyl.
