Description Girls Scouts pose with their learders for a photo on the foot bridge at Dinosaur National Monument. The foot bridge and the rock ditch were built by the FERA men at the monument. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument.
