Description Idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) is a potentially blinding disorder that typically affects young overweight women. The NORDIC IIH treatment trial established new standards regarding use and dosing of acetazolamide together with weight loss in the management of IIH. This study was designed to reflect upon our historical approach to the management IIH, in order to examine whether it should be modified in light of the NORDIC data.
