Description Varicella zoster virus (VZV) reactivation can cause diplopia from cranial nerve palsy.1 While early initiation of antiviral therapy improves prognosis, clinicians may not consider VZV without rash and radiographic biomarkers are largely unknown. The purpose of this study is to identify common MRI findings in patients with VZV-related diplopia.
