Show Uintah & Ouray Agency, Whiturocks, Utah. pot. 17, 1904. We, the undersigned headmen of the Uintah & WhitorIvor Utes residing on the Uintah reservation, Utah, in council assembled hereby declare that the following named full-blood Indians are our relations or relatives of others of our tribe enrolled with us at the Utimtah Agency, and that the said Indians are not now enrol.iod at any otnor Agonoy, but have lived on the Uintah reservation for a great many years, and have been well known to us and acknowledged as our relations. V/o, therefore, ask and potltion that these Indians may bo enrolled with the Whiterivor tribe of ute Indians and be permitted to share alike with us all benefits guaranteed to our bands by the United States Government. 1.
