Description Obesity, sex, and pubertal status influence the risk for pediatric PTCS. Previous studies were limited by their use of age-dependent assumptions regarding puberty. Using pediatric-specific endocrine assessments, this study examines the relationship between anthropometrics and secondary sexual characteristics in primary pediatric PTCS.
