Description |
The Cottonwood Corporate Center is an important node in the valley irrigation system. Water from Utah Lake conveyed by the East Jordan Canal Extension is pumped eastward at the 6200 South Pump Station starting in mid-July. It enters the concrete-lined canal system at the Corporate Center (center left) where it mixes with water from Big Cottonwood Creek and Heughes Canyon Creek. From there it drops into the Upper Canal and flows north through the culvert to fulfill exchange agreements. |
