Description |
At the Rainbow Mine, this portion of the mine could be the Pigeon Toe Claim or the Tennessee Mine. Inside the mine are two men with a tied sack of Gilsonite the is being hoisted to the top of the mine. Gilsonite is also brought from the mine on the tramway that is level with the loading siding at Rainbow so that is would make loading the rail cars easier . Note the interior braces that support the mine walls from falling onto the miners. |
