| History |
A 42-year old female with painless loss of vision OD and eyelid swelling. Eight months previous treated with antibiotics for right eyelid swelling. Four months prior to presentation eyelid swelling associated with blurred vision treated with steroids. CT scan revealed orbital and optic nerve tumor. |

Venous stasis retinopathy; Atrophic and scarred optic nerve with densely fibrotic optic nerve sheath. |
