CANOMAD is a rare but a well described immune mediated neuropathic syndrome associated with immunoglobulin M (IgM) gammopathy characterized by chronic ataxic neuropathy, ophthalmoplegia, IgM paraprotein, cold agglutinins and disialosyl antibodies(CANOMAD). We present a case of immune mediated motor predominant neuropathy associated with ophthalmoplegia, IgM gammopathy and anti-GM1 and GM2 antibodies. |
