Neural autoantibody detection in serum or cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) aids the diagnosis and treatment1 . Several Autoantibodies have been identified in patients with neurological syndromes, including IgG autoantibodies binding to astrocytic glial fibrillar acidic protein (GFAP) isoforms.
