Further Information The photograph is mounted on a gray mat and "Rance Photo Co. Salt Lake" is embossed in the bottom left hand corner of the photograph. At the top on the back of the mat "Miss Burke" is handwritten in pencil. It is in good condition except for some scratches on the front of the photograph surface. The broach she is wearing in the photograph appears to be the same one she was wearing in photograph no. 133 of the Giovale Library collection. Burke was a Presbyterian missionary and teacher for over forty years in Toquerville, Utah. For further information about her see: Brimhall, Sandra D. and David A. Hales.
