THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into thisX^- day of £gi* f3 t ym Q. f 1921, between the UINTAH and WHITS RIVER Bands f of Ute Indians, located upon the Uintah Indian Reservation in the State of Utah, being hereunto duly authorized and empowered by said Band3 of Ute Indians, at a council of the said Bands of Ute Indians held on..said Reservation on ths if day of sJ33/fl , 1921, a :<opy of the proceedings whereof :is hereunto attached and made a part aereof, 'of the Dirst Part, and RICHARD W. The said parties of the first part have employed the said parties of the second part to prosecute any and all claims and demands of the Uintah and White River Bands of Ute Indians, against the United. States, arising under any and all treaties between the. United States of America and tha said Band* of Ute Indians, and under ""•fl': .
