Description Digitized copy of an audiocassette recording of tape one, side B of an interview between Fawn McKay Brodie and Kenneth Chotiner on February 18, 1978. Kenneth Chotiner is the son of Murray Chotiner, a close friend and mentor of Richard Nixon. Murray assisted as campaign manager and served in the White House under Nixon. This interview was part of Brodie's research for her 1981 book, Richard Nixon: The Shaping of His Character. Utah native Fawn Brodie was a history professor and biographer who published several books about historical figures, including Thomas Jefferson, Joseph Smith, and Richard Nixon.
