A forty one year old male with known Human Immunodeficiency Virus presented with complaints of decreased vision and floaters in both eyes which had got progressively worse over the preceding few days. He had a history of Cyto-megalo Virus retinitis which had been successfully treated with bilateral gancyclovir intraocular implants(Vitreserta). |
