Description Twenty-five women from the different DUP camps helped paint a new fence, plant shrubs and flowers and readied the ground for grass at the Little Rock Tithing House at 55 North Vernal Avenue. The police officer on the left is Morris Caldwell. Women from left are unidentified, Rhoda Hatch, unidentified, Mrs. Eaton, Merle Oaks, Norma McLean, Hilda Morgan, unidentified, Alice Allred, Leora Jacobe, Millie Haws, unidentified, Ida Sowards and Hannah Rodeback. To the right in the back ground the old Vernal First Church and hospital can be seen.
