Description |
Blast trauma can result in strabismus via globe injury with sensory ocular misalignment or through orbital fracture with or without cranial nerve damage. The extent of injury may not be recognized early due to concomitant life-threatening trauma and thus can present a tremendous challenge to the orbital and strabismus surgeon attempting a late repair. |
