Description The Wellness Champions project was the result of the SVP for Health Science's request to address faculty burnout in the School of Medicine and the Eccles Health Sciences Library. Burnout and related factors were surveyed in Summer 2016 along with a needs assessment. Wellness Champions were nominated by department leadership to address issues specific to their unit. Champions were supported through the Office of Wellness and Integrative Health with mentorship and guidance.
