Description A neurologically normal 3 day old child had a posterior occipital area lump covered by skin resected. Pathology showed a pedunculated mass with central vascular pedicle, meningeal tissue (EMA highlights), glial tissue (GFAP highlights) lining cystic spaces, and rare neurons. At 3 months of age, the little baby was developing normally except for horizontal eye movements. His parents took videos showing new upgaze, normal left gazes, but a movement of the head to the right with pursuits across the midline.
