Description |
Address: 170 W 400 S, Bountiful, Utah. This building, historically called Bliss Hall, was built in 1882 to house a free school established by the Congregationalists. The local Congregationalists met here for worship from the 1880s until 1953. Originally a mission of the Salt Lake church, they incorporated as First Congregational Church of Bountiful in 1914. They changed their name around 1940 to Bountiful Community Church. See under that name for the current buildings. The church sold Bliss Hall in 1953 and it has been remodeled for commercial use. In 2021 it was an attorney's office. |
