Description Address: 740 East 21st Street, Ogden, UT. Built by Leslie Hodgson in 1915-1917 and dedicated in January of 1917 as the Branch for the Deaf, with an addition in 1949 or 1950. It was used by the Deaf Branch until 1999, when they moved to a new stake building in South Ogden and became the Ogden Valley Branch. Today it is the home of the Water Tower Branch, which serves a nearby halfway house.
