Sir: In response to the above cited Office letter dis- ^ cussing the Agency buildings at this jurisdiction, would say that these buildings are under the jurisdiction of the .'/ar Department, and this fact maPes it rather unpleasant for the administration, particularly, as there is constant agitation by local people In an effort to secure possession of this abandoned Military post and the 150 aeros of ground connected therewith.
