Description FERA men from the Dinosaur National Monument camp can be seen working outside the buildings. Some of the men are building a rock drainage channel.. The building to the left is the mess hall and class room and on the right is the bunkhouse. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument.
