Description Men from the FERA camp used heavy rope to pull carts of rock up a hill at the Dinosaur Monument. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument.
