Description We present a unique case report of a 25-year-old previously healthy female diagnosed with acute zonal occult outer retinopathy (AZOOR) and brain lesions suspicious for demyelination with asymptomatic left optic neuritis. AZOOR has been previously associated with multiple sclerosis and is thought to share a autoimmune pathophysiologic mechanism.
