Description A thirty-five year old woman developed headache, transient visual obscurations, parosmia, and decreased visual acuity was found to have pulsatile proptosis, and bilateral disc edema with choroidal folds. Standardized Orbital Echography showed prominent dural pulsations, direct apposition of the brain parenchyma to orbital tissue and morphological signs of optic nerve compression.
