There are t-vo copies exactly alike, both aade at one time by the same tick of the typewriter. This copy will be left with your Agent here for reference, so that any one of you wishing to recall what has been spokan, may do so by calling on your Agent, I wish to say that I am much pleased at the way you have conducted yourselves throughout our councils, and I will so report it to the Department. Now, as your friend, I have a few more remarks to make before leaving you. Any person wishing to sign this paper must be allowed to do so without interference on the part of any other person. If any of you wish to speak further, I am ready to hear what you may have to say, and no person should.disturb another while he is speaking, it Is discourteous and improper for any person to interfere or interrupt another while he is speaking.
