Description Video-oculography (VOG) analysis in anti-glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD) antibody syndrome has been anecdotally reported and mostly focuses on the presence of spontaneous downbeat (DBN) or upbeat nystagmus (UBN) in upright position. Importantly, video-head impulse test (VHIT) data and VOG data on positional nystagmus in anti-GAD syndrome is largely unknown.
