A 51-year-old man presented with transient visual obscurations (TVOs), pulsatile tinnitus, and papilledema. Visual acuity was 20/20 OU, with small inferior nasal visual field defects bilaterally. An enhanced MRI of the brain was normal and a lumbar puncture revealed an opening pressure of 300mm H20. |
