Description The most common ocular manifestation of multiple sclerosis (MS) in the eye is optic neuritis, but MS may much more rarely be associated with uveitis or panuveitis. Treatment of uveitis typically includes corticosteroids or TNF-α inhibitors. Rituximab (RTX), is an anti-B cell antibody that may be used as a treatment for MS, but its use in uveitis is limited.
