History A 63-year old female with a 6-year history of ulcerative colitis and erythema nodosum. Previous history significant for bilateral hearing loss, diffuse headache preceded by intermittent vertigo and tinnitus.
Clinical VA: 20/25 OD, 20/400 OS; IOP 54 OD
Pathology Bilateral mastoidosis; Pontine infarcts
Disease/Diagnosis Ulcerative colitis with scleritis and sensorineural hearing loss
Treatment Corticosteroids; Immunosuppressive agents; Anti-bacterial agents
