Description A 28 year old white man was referred for evaluation of fixed dilated pupils. He had been suffering fatigue, weakness and malaise for 5 months and had been investigated for those problems. A chest radiograph revealed bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy and subsequent mediastinal biopsy confirmed a diagnosis of Sarcoid Disease.
