Disease/Diagnosis Partial fascicular third nerve paresis secondary to metastatic pseudosarcoma carcinoma
Clinical VA: 20/20 OU; Right pupil larger than left reacting minimally to light
Presenting Symptom Diplopia
Neuroimaging MRI
Treatment Surgery; Antineoplastic agents; XRT
