Upwards of 300 people, including Congressman Chris Cannon, Uintah County Commissioners and the Ute Trible Representatives traveled to Southern Uintah County to the proposed White River Wilderness Study Area of the newly bladed Saddletree Road. There was over 100 vehicles drove into the area. The BLM is proposing road closures in Southern Uintah County. The group met at Ouray to begin this tour. |
