Description Recent studies suggest that maintenance intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) may be an effective treatment to prevent relapses in MOG antibody-associated disease (MOGAD); however, most prior studies concern pediatric cohorts. We conducted an international multicenter retrospective study to determine the rate of relapses on maintenance IVIG in a large adult cohort of MOGAD patients.
