Subject Optic Neuropathy
Description Among the key hallmarks of optic neuropathies is dyschromatopsia[1]. Quantitating dyschromatopsia is important as a study endpoint; however, common color vision testing methods have limitations or confounding variables[2]. The ColorDx® CCT HD® (Konan Medical USA, Irvine, CA) device was developed to quantify degrees of color vision deficiency using cone isolation contrast sensitivity[3]. This study sought to evaluate color deficiencies in patients with optic neuropathies using this device.
