Abstract Charles Laver (b. 1922) recalls farm life in Mantua, Utah, and working in Salt Lake City as a young man. He enlisted in the Army Air Corps in February 1943. He trained as a bombadier on a B-24 crew and was stationed in Italy, where they flew missions over Northern Italy, Austria, Poland, and Germany. He was discharged in October 1945. 49 pages.
