Pathology Retrobulbar mass composed of fribroadipose tissue.
Disease/Diagnosis Orbital teratoma
Clinical Pupils reactive from 4 mm to 3 mm OU, no RAPD. Normal lids except 2+ swelling without ecchymosis of the left upper and lower lids.
