| Description | This case describes a patient who was initially referred for glaucoma evaluation due to increased intraocular pressures and visual field defects. The patient was found to have optic disc drusen-associated nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy. Optic disc photos, fundus autofluorescence, enhanced depth imaging optic coherence tomography, visual fields, and B-scan ultrasound are included to demonstrate the clinical findings. |
