Show lands purchased from the Uintah Indians, title to which passed from tha Uintah Indians to the Owners of the lands irrigated under the Strawberry Valley Project, by Act of Congress, Public 114, H.R. 19028, approved April 4th, 1910. lands whiph were sat apart by the Pras-idnnt for reservoir and othar purposes under the provisions of the Act approved March 3d, 1905, Chapter 1479 and which were by the Secretary of the•Interior, withdrawn for irrigation works undar the provisions of the Re elans, ti. on Act of June 17th, 1902, in connection with the raservoir for the Strawberry Valley Project; and described as follows: T. 2 3., R. 11 W., Sects. 18, 19, 29 to 32 incl., T. 3 3., P.. 11 W., Sects. 1 to 36 incl.; T. 4 3., P.. 11 W., Sects. 1 to 12, 15 to 22 and 27'to 32 incl.; T. 2 S., R. 12 "f,, Sects 1 to 3, 10 to 15, 22 to 27, and 54 to 56 inco; and T. 5 3., R. 12 ".'/., Sects 1, 2, and 12. 56, 868.51 acres. l j) 0 £ 7 1 L |
