The resource created is a deliverable for Utah Main Street participating communities that supports the foundational steps in creating community-specific design guidelines/regulations for their own cities in historical districts. The resource expands of the history of the American Main Street and it's purpose and benefits to a community, how successful infill development interacts in a historic context, how to observe existing conditions and understand design principles, and how implementation should look.
