Description We describe striking abnormalities in retinal ganglion cell physiology in an animal model of traumatic brain injury (TBI) that may help explain subtle but persistent abnormalities of vision reported by many TBI victims. These abnormalities precede decreased pattern ERG and morphologic changes we have previously reported in this model.
