Description |
Rondo Sullivan takes a quick look at the pink polio vaccine on his sugar cube before eating it at the mass polio clinic in the county building. His children, RoJean and Verdell follow their mother. Students are Gary Showalter and unidentified. To the right is Alta Rust, county health nurse. Sitting at the table is Jack Parkinson, pharmacist at Rexall Drug, who is dropping the prescribed doses on the sugar cube. Despite poor weather, more than 8,300 doses were dispensed. |
