Just before unveiling the bronze tablet. George Albert Smith {Master of Ceremonies}, son of Geo. A. Smith, standing above. "It was whispered to me that several descendants of 'the 55' were present, and that nothing would be said to harrow up their feelings." Some of them are seated there. I saw one man wipe away tears just before this picture was taken. |
