[7] Text with title: "Civil War Battle Flag" [8 - 16] Narrative without a title, beginning with Fort Sumter and turning to the industrial works of the South and the Union forces' aim to destroy these; the 123rd Regiment from Illinois and its role in this campaign; history of that regiment to spring of 1865, ending with a quote on the role of John Morgan.
