Image shows two CCC enrollees posing for a photograph in front of Pony Express Marker No. 87, west of Vernon, Tooele County, Utah. This marker was built in 1940 by members of CCC Company 2517 from Camp DG-154, Simpson Springs. The men pictured may have been working from the Clover Creek Camp, also in Tooele County. |

The Simpson Springs and Clover Creek CCC Camps worked in conjunction with the U. S. Division of Grazing (DG or G). Clarence L. Coffman, the donor of this photo, was enrolled in the CCC between 1939-41. He worked at the Provo River, Woods Cross, and Clover Creek Camps. |
