Description The validity of forced eyelid closure test (FECT) as a clinical screening test to aid in the diagnosis of myasthenia gravis has never been documented in Africans. We plan to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of FECT compared with Cogan's Lid Twitch (CLT) and benchmark them to clinical and serologic diagnosis.
