Description Ophthalmic manifestations are known to occur in childhood leukemia through direct and indirect mechanisms. Leukemic cells can infiltrate the afferent or efferent visual pathways. Patients with leukemia can are also susceptible to opportunistic infections, blood dyscrasias, or adverse effects from treatment.1,2,3 Neuro-ophthalmic manifestations of pediatric leukemia are not well documented.1 We aimed to characterize Neuro-ophthalmic manifestations of pediatric leukemia.
