Description One of the men from FERA at Dinosaur National Monument camp, polishes the shoes of another man. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument. They worked to remove the overburden to make way for access to the quarry area.
