Description Veterans with chronic migraine often associate with comorbidity including traumatic brain injury (TBI), PTSD, control medication addition ( RxA) and occipital headache with cervical spondylosis(C-DJD). Botox (Onabotulinumtoxin A) has not been well reported the efficacy for veterans with chronic migraine and multiple comorbidity. We review the effect of Botox in this group of veterans at the Neurological Clinic, VA Long Beach CA to determine the impact of these comorbidities on the efficacy of Botox.
